We had a great time talking with Maraya Brown about how to Increase Energy, Focus, and Hormonal Vitality for Professional Women.

Maraya is a Yale Trained Certified Nurse Midwife, with her Masters in Nursing and undergraduate in marketing. She has been attending births for 21 years, “midwifing” women through chapters of transition, and has managed women’s health clinics in Hawaii and Oregon since 2007.

She has a deep appreciation and respect for food as medicine as well as mindset and energy. She now practices online as a Women’s Health Specialist with her program to “Help Women move from Exhausted to Energized, Balance their Hormones and feel Turned On by their Life, their Lover and Themselves.” This work with women brings all of her personal and professional achievements together in one place to assist women in creating their own deep transformative experiences.

She is the creator and CEO of Beyond The Red Tent and Beyond Health International and has owned a nutrition franchise since 2007.

In my interview with Maraya, we will learn:

  • what is commonly seen in professional women who have been goals but also struggling hormonally and physiologically;
  • why so many women are tired these days;
  • what are some simple ways to increase energy other than coffee;
